We want your delivery to go smoothly. Some site deliveries need a bit more planning to accommodate the site's individual requirements. We offer a pre-delivery site survey, tailoring a delivery and installation solution to meet your needs.

We aim to undertake a site survey within 72 hours of you contacting us. Our pre-collection/delivery site survey will identity your needs and what the specific site requirements are.

We will visit your site and work with your staff to identify each step of the delivery process and undertake a Health & Safety assessment. Site surveys include identifying staff restrictions, security policies, time limits, loading/unloading areas, vehicle height and width restrictions, measurements of doorways, stairs and corridors.

Once the site survey is complete you will receive a report and risk assessment for each site. This would detail the requirements necessary for collection or delivery, including handling equipment, and any aspects of the project which require clarification or additional measures in place.
